It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Bernardo Calonzo on June 27, 2024, at the age of 77. Born on November 12, 1946, in Hagonoy, Bulacan, Philippines, Bernardo was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Narcisa Sapitan-Calonzo; his children, Narciso Calonzo and Jennifer Calonzo-Khaligh in Canada, and Belinda Calonzo, Maria May Calonzo-Cortez, Bernardo Calonzo Jr., and Alexander Calonzo in the Philippines. Bernardo also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and grandchildren who will forever hold his memory in their hearts.

The funeral service for Bernardo Calonzo will be held at Elgin Mills Funeral Centre, 1591 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill, ON, Canada, L4S 1M9, on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
