My deepest condolences to the family, so sorry for your loss.
I knew Ben for some years in my capacity as one of his go-to people in real estate when he had questions. He was always a delight to speak with as we would go off topic and discuss so many different things. I am very sorry that he was not with us for a long time, his journey was too short. May all who mourn find their peace. I apologize but due to a time conflict, I cannot attend the service.
Ben has been in my life for well over ten years. His kindness and generosity will be greatly missed by all, along with his quirky humour! When Ben smiled, his face lit up and those around him would be encompassed with good cheer. Although his life was far too short, as he said himself, he lived a good one.
I have so many memories of Ben when we were children. Of course, we fought, but when we laughed, we laughed so hard it hurt.
Anna and family, I am deeply sorry for your loss. Ben was a gentleman in every sense of the word. I graduated from Osgoode Hall with him. Although we did not keep in touch, I asked about him through our mutual friend, Justin Linden, from time to time and was fortunate to see Ben with Anna about 2 years ago. You could tell how much Ben was in love with Anna.
It is far too soon for Ben to leave this world. I wish you all the best in your future.
