I will miss our conversations at the gym about the old days of working out and motorcycles I will miss you.
I loved being around Bengt. What a smart, thoughtful, happy and charming man.
I particularly loved watching how he interacted with his family. It was clear how much he loved them (and was loved in return).
What a special man, and what a loss.
Sending all my love to Terry, Mariko, Kevin and the rest of his family and those who loved Bengt.
I shall miss our conversations about history and the many discussions about the books we exchanged. REST IN PEACE FRIEND.
Bengt when I think of you I remember the fun adventures we had and the things you taught me. You will always have a special place with us.
I remember Bengt as a highly observant man. In one particular instance, I was driving Terry and Bengt home from an OFY pub night and he noted that I had changed lanes in anticipation of upcoming exits,
Another time, on a Fall ride, we had shared a communal dinner at the motel near Bancroft. As I had driven the dinner up in my van, I returned the dishes back to Bengt. Included was a serving dish that the motel owner had loaned to the group that I had mistakenly taken. Bengt said that he would return it on his byke and that it was a good excuse for a three hours ride.
