October 5, 1930 - August 28, 2018

HOOEY, BARBARA ROSALEEN (nee GRAY) – Barbara, in her 88th year, passed peacefully in her sleep on the morning of Tuesday, August 28th, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Clifford Hooey and mother of Susan (John), Steven (Deborah) and Bruce (Cheryl). She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jennifer, Derek, Kevin and Kirsten as well as her former daughter in-law Susan. Barbara was predeceased by siblings Vernon and Audrey. A celebration of life will be held at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE, 275 Lesmill Rd. on Friday, August 31st. at 1:30 pm with visitation one hour prior and a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to your local Food Bank would be appreciated.
