In memory of

Balwant Singh Sierra

July 1, 1930 -  February 28, 2025

It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Balwant Sierra on February 28, 2025 peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Cherished husband for 60 years to Nirmal; loved father to Baljit, Sony and Neelam; adored grandfather of Jaida, Safia, Sara, Natasha, Ryan and Aydan. Our father was a math teacher for over 40 years. He loved his garden and all of nature for its beauty and homeopathic remedies.
A special thank you to the Palliative care team at the University Health Network and Dr. Basel Bari.

I'll never forget, many years ago at the old Richmond Hill house, uncle would be outside on a cold winter night, creating a little backyard ice rink for all us kids to skate on the next day. Very loving.
