Ba Pham passed away peacefully at the age of 101, at the Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga, Ontario. She was born in Guangdong, China and moved to Long Xuyên, Vietnam with her late husband Giam Le. In 1984, she immigrated to Ontario, Canada with her eldest son and his family. She is survived through her sons Chay Le, Con Le, daughters Hu Le, Muoi Le, Amy Karow; and her 15 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Our grandmother will now join her husband and late son whom she missed deeply. She will always be remembered in our hearts by her family.

Visitations will be held at The Simple Alternative Funeral Home at 1535 South Gateway Rd. Mississauga, ON. on Thursday May 18th, 2017 between 9am -11am.

Followed by a Buddhist Service in the chapel from 11:30am- 12:30pm.
