Ausma Valija Taurins [nee Apenis]

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and mother-in-law , Ausma Taurins, on Thursday January 5, 2017 at the age of 91.
She was an exceptionally loving, kind & gracious woman who always had a smile, kind word and a sense of humour about her.
Visitation will be held on Sunday January 15th at the York Cemetery & Reception Center, 160 Beecroft Road, Toronto, from 4:00 – 7:00pm.
Funeral service will be on Monday January 16th at 1:30pm with a visitation also 1 hour prior.
If desired, donations may be made to St. Andrews Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church in memory of Ausma.
Ausma will be greatly missed by Juris, Dagnija, Katrina, Andrew, Alex & Inta and many relatives and friends.
