I have shared some wonderful memories with him and its unbelievable that he is not in this world anymore. I am extremely proud to be his sister and even more proud about his achievements. Some our best moments together are during my childhood days where he was very caring, loving and protective of his younger sister. Heartfelt condolences to Veena, Monica, Sonia and the entire family members. May God rest his soul in peace and give us all the strength to cope up with this loss....Nandini.

We will miss Arun..., he was my mentor and always pushed me to achieve more in life.
Worked very closely with him from Feb 2006 to Feb 2007 at Papadopolous and Pradhan Architects Inc.
He once told me that nobody will make things happen for you; you got to do it yourself.
He advised me to work hard and with sincerity and it paid off.
We kept in touch with each other till a month or two back, wishing each other health and happiness.
He would always remembered and enquired about Sushmita and Aayush.
He laid inspirational path for us new immigrants in Canada.
It is Arun's generation and their perseverance which gave new immigrants a path to follow.
Thanks Arun and Veena tai for being there for us. I wish the best for rest of family.
Regards,
Vikas More

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Arun's passing. My deepest condolences to his family and his colleague and friend George. I had the pleasure of meeting them when they came to see me at the OAA. We had such a pleasant meeting and I had enjoyed meeting both of them. Once again my sincerest condolences.

Dad had many funny life stories he shared at the dinner table. One of the most memorable ones is when he was in school in India and convinced his headmaster that his family had moved out of town. As his father moved around a lot due to his career, the headmaster believed him. Dad managed to skip school for many months leaving early in the morning and returning home as usual. Only when the headmaster bumped into his father in town and said I thought you have moved away to him did Dad get caught. After that, he was escorted back and forth to school for a long time!
