Ardeth Amy Kariotis (nee Rea) died peacefully on the morning of Monday Dec 16, 2024.
Ardeth was born in Claresholm, Alberta Oct 23, 1934 where she grew up on a farm.
She moved to Ontario to study nursing and went on to work at St. Joseph's hospital where she met the love of her life, Hristos. She also taught nursing at Humber College. She and Hristos were inseparable until his passing in July 2022.
She enjoyed sewing and mending.
In addition, she loved to cook and entertain family with her loving husband.
They loved to travel and practically became honorary citizens of Cuba.
Ardeth loved country music, especially John Denver and Tom Jones, and had a smile for everyone.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews and their families.
