It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Antonios Damtsis who passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on March 5, 2025. Antonios was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend.

He was born on May 10th, 1946, in the village of Niki, Florina Greece. There he married his beloved wife Maria, and together they immigrated to Canada in 1969 where they built a beautiful life and family.

Antonios was the loving and caring father to Helen (Harry), Angie (Tony) and Tommy (Diana). His greatest joys were his 8 grandchildren Zoe, William, Emma, Natasha, Andrew, Matthew, Nicholas and Jack. Predeceased by his Parents Thomas and Stavroula and his brothers Jimmy and Pavlos.

He will be fondly remembered and forever missed by all those who knew him.

Visitation will be held at Elgin Mills Funeral Centre on Sunday, March 9th, 2025 from 4pm to 8pm and Monday, March 10th from 9am to 10am.

Funeral Service will be held at Elgin Mills Funeral Centre, on Monday March 10th, 2025 at 10am followed by burial at Elgin Mills Cemetery.
