In memory of

Antonino (Tony) Privitera

January 25, 1980 -  August 23, 2021

It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Tony. Beloved son of Brenda-Lee Fabiano and the late Rosario Privitera, loving and adored brother to Pauline Grist and Ashley Cox.
Tony was down to earth, kind, gentle and a caring soul. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.

Private Interment was held on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Queen of Heaven Cemetery,
7300 - Hwy27, Woodbridge, ON L4L 1A5 (St. Anthony Mausoleum, Niche C, Level 6, Col. 1H)

A Memorial Service-Mass will be held at a future date.

“Do not stand by my grave and weep.
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on the snow.
I am the sunlight on the ripened grain.
I am the gentle, autumn rain.
As you awake in the morning’s hush,
I am the swift, up-flinging rush,
of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the day transcending night.
Do not stand by my grave, and cry.
I am not there, I did not die.“

Tony, I was shocked when I heard and wouldn't believe it til I saw this today. I think the last time I saw you was at my wedding in 2008, before that I used to see you almost everyday. I remember when I got my RSVP from you, you wrote down 0. So I thought you weren't coming so I didn't assign a spot for you. I remember seeing you walk in from the head table and rushing over to you and you explained to me that the 0 was that you weren't bringing anyone with you. We had a laugh, I was happy you came and got a seat for you right away. Life is too short, we had some good times together, I just want you to know you have a friend out there who wishes he would of seen you again. RIP Brother
