In memory of

Antonia Galineas

October 15, 1938 -  February 9, 2025

Antonia was born in Arna , Greece.
She carried the warmth and resilience of her roots throughout her life.
She is predeceased by her husband of 59 years Evagelos. Antonia and Evagelos spent many years enjoying summers with family on Lake Simcoe and later for 25 years spent six months of the year in Greece enjoying family and friends .
A calm and patient presence, Antonia was known for her loving nature and unwavering dedication to both her immediate and extended family.
She found joy in simple pleasures - tending her garden with care, immersing herself in a good book, following her favorite soap operas and preparing meals that brought loved ones together. Her hard working spirit was evident in all she did, whether nurturing her family or creating a welcoming home filled with love.
Since April of 2022 she had been living at Mountainview Residence in Georgetown. She made many new friends, was well taken care of and was lucky at Bingo.
Antonia is survived by her son Ilias and his wife Michelle and daughter Dimitra and husband Kyros and grandchildren Leander, Cassandra and Melina.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. May her legacy of love and kindness continue to inspire al those who were fortunate enough to have know her.
