Passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 24, 2018 in his 87th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Mary. Loving and devoted father of Harry (Connie) and Peter (Kathy). Adored Ota of Cindy, Caroline, Stephen (Courtney) and Adam. Greatly missed by his brother Klaus (Theresia), sister-in-law Annie Sehr and many extended family members and friends. Friends may call at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) for visitation on Tuesday, February 27th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. with visitation 1 hour prior. If desired donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

My condolences to the whole family - it has been a while since I've seen Tony, and I've missed his presence at the Donau Schwaben Club whenever I've been there. I have many fond memories of him playing in the Brass Band, with his dry humor, quick with the jokes, but always showed compassion..I always remember him keeping an eye on me when I first joined the band in my younger years. I know how proud he was of his family...his many stories of Stephen's music career, and I can imagine how much he will be missed by them.
