Passed away peacefully with loving family by his side at Brampton Civic Hospital on Monday, July 4, 2022 at the age of 81.


Beloved husband of Mirella (née Brajuha) for 54 years. Loving father of Suzanne Hallsworth and her husband Darren Hallsworth, and Robert Ruzic and his wife Julia Castorina. Cherished Nonno of Adam and Sara.


Survived by his brother Mario. Predeceased by his parents, Ive and Maria and his sister Maria of Rovinj, Croatia.


Anton's family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, July 9, 2022. Visitation will take place from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at Meadowvale Cemetery & Funeral Centres on 7732 Mavis Road, Brampton followed by a funeral at 2:00 pm and interment at 3:00 pm.


In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Brampton Civic Hospital would be appreciated.

Please accept my sincere condolences on this huge loss. Although I did not have the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ruzic in person, I've heard about his gentle loving gestures for his family and his grandchildren. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
