It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ann Kilpatrick at William Osler Hospital on September 21, 2023 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Henry Hamilton Kilpatrick. She will be dearly missed by her son David Kilpatrick, daughter-in-law Ana Raposo and her family in Scotland. Her loss will be felt by her dear friends and all that knew her. She was a strong woman and never gave up. She took the rough with the smooth and helped others overcome their own challenges. There was no one else like her. She was one in a million and shined brightly as a star.

A special thank you to the nurses and staff at Peel Manor Long Term Care Centre for all the support and care they provided to Ann.

As per Ann’s wishes, there will be a private ceremony with family only.
