It is with a sad heart that our family announces that Ann Elizabeth Fowler (nee Creasser) has passed away peacefully in her sleep at Columbia Forest Long Term Care Home in Waterloo, Ontario on Saturday November 27 at the age of 85 years.

Ann will be deeply missed by her surviving children Peter Petcoff, Ellen Mangold, Samuel Petcoff and Robert Petcoff. She will also be missed by her numerous grand children, great grand children and family. She is preceded in death by her husbands, James Petcoff (1976), Frederick Smith (1986) and David Fowler (2001) and by her children, Harold Petcoff (2018), Mary-Jane Fagan (2017) and Christopher Petcoff (2016).

At Ann’s request, cremation will soon take place and there will be no visitation or service.
