PAPPAS, Evangelos “Angelo”


Passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Friday September 16, 2022 at the age of 88. Predeceased by his loving wife Maria (2019). Loving father of Helen (Vasil) and Peter. Adored grandfather of Alexandria (John) and Kevin (Jennifer). Angelo will also be missed by extended family and friends. He enjoyed life to the fullest, having laughs with friends at the coffee shop, watching CNN and spending time at the casino, and of course-smoking! Friends may call at THORNTON CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa, (South of Taunton Road and off of Dryden Blvd, 905-579-6787) on Friday September 23, 2022 for visitation from 11 am until time of Funeral Service at 12 noon in the chapel. Interment will follow. Donations will be gratefully accepted for Critical Care or Palliative Care at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
