Andrew will be sadly and deeply missed by all.

Friends will be received at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE 275 Lesmill Road, Toronto
416-441-1580 on Wednesday October 5, 2016 from 12 pm to 1 pm. A memorial service celebrating Andrew's life will be held at 1 p.m. A reception will follow after the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Andrew to the Canadian Cancer Society.
