Beloved Son and Brother


It is with the heaviest of heart Cheri Essner and Andrew MacMain announce the sudden passing of their beloved son, Andrew Charles McMain in his 33rd year in the early hours of November 22nd at home peacefully in his sleep as the result of an undiagnosed medical condition.
Andrew was the stepson to loving stepparents Elaine Eames MacMain and the late David Essner. Andrew is survived by his sister Amber Danbrook, stepsister Tracy Alexander and stepbrothers Billy Eames, Ricky Eames, Corey Eames and Robert Eames. Uncle to Ben & Charlotte Danbrook, Megan & Noah Alexander, Hailey Eames and Audrey & Travis Eames. Grandson of Murray Shields. Brother in Law to Wesley Danbrook, John Mark Alexander, Alison Eames, Stacey Finlay and Sarah Thiessen. Lovingly remembered by his wonderful and amazing aunts, uncles and cousins. Andrew was taken too soon and will be dearly missed by all his close loved ones, extended family and friends.
Andrew is now resting in peace at A Simple Alternative Funeral Home located at 1057 Brock Road, Pickering, ON L1W 3T7 and a Celebration of Life will be held in his honour on Saturday November 30, 2019 at 1PM at the funeral home.
