In memory of

Anastasios Dinadis

February 10, 1941 -  July 2, 2020

It is with profound sadness that the Dinadis family announces the passing of Anastasios Dinadis. Anastasios was born on February 10th 1941 in Laxanokipe, Kastoria, Greece and passed away peacefully at Mackenzie Health Hospital, after a courageous battle with heart disease with his family by his side on July 2, 2020. He immigrated to Canada and married his beautiful and beloved wife Marika of 53 years in 1967. He had 3 beautiful children, Vickie, son in law Rick, Kety, and George. He was a proud Papou to 4 amazing grandchildren, Sara, John, Bella and Lauren. Survived by his sisters Theodota (the late Slavo), Efigenia (the late George), Xrisanthi (Yanni), Predeceased by his sister Nika (Thoma). He will be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Anastasios, or Tashi as he was lovingly known, was a kind, gentle and friendly man who brightened any room with his smile. He loved his family more than anything in the world and adored his wife Marika. She was his shining light and worked tirelessly to give him every possible comfort during his illness. He loved sitting on the backyard porch admiring the garden that George worked so hard on. He was so proud of his children and family. He will forever be remembered, missed, loved and cherished.
