BARROSO, AMELIA CRUZ 1950 - 2023 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Amelia (Ameeh) Barroso, on Sunday, October 22, 2023. She is predeceased by her wife Milagros Delara, as well as her siblings in the Philippines: Reynoldo, Rolando, Cecilia, and Alphonso. She leaves behind her siblings Estelita, Aurora, Napoleon, Natividad, Daniel; their spouses; and her many nieces and nephews. The Barroso family is grateful and wishes to thank all who cared for and supported Ameeh over the years in her battle with cancer. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023, at Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre (625 Birchmount Rd, Toronto, ON M1K 1R1), from 5-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 11 a.m. at St Lawrence Martyr (2210 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1P 2P9). Interment to follow at Pine Hills Cemetery. Amelia will be missed by all who knew her.
