Allan Russell Bailey


It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Allan Russell Bailey on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 71 years of age. He is predeceased by his Wife Sonia of 35 years. He is the Beloved Father to Tina (Kevin). Cherished Grandfather to Chris (Heather), Rick (Jessica), Jesse and Samantha. Adored Great-Grandfather to Zayne, Brielle, Kova, Ciera, Theron, and Chloe. Devoted Brother to Eric and his Nephew Max. He will be fondly missed by his dog Buddy and close friends Brian, Donna, Monty, Swanny, John Brennan, Omarti, Melonie, Rosie and Cyril and many other friends and family both near and far. Allan was a Postie for 35 years, enjoyed Dairy Queen shakes, original potato chips, Harley rides, fishing, hunting, taking walks and spending time with friends and family. In honour of celebrating Sonia and Allan’s life, please join the family on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at York Funeral Centre (160 Beecroft Road, Toronto). Visitation will be from 9-10am with a Memorial Service beginning at 10am. Burial to follow. Reception from 11:00am – 1pm.
