The photo is how we like to remember our loving and beautiful mother born Jan. 16, 1921 and raised in Yellow Creek, Sask. Her parents Egnatz and Eva Kowal were Canadian farming settlers. Her sister Anne and brother Edward are deceased. She is survived by brother Orest. In 1942 she married William Stefanick (deceased ) had 3 children Wayne ( Lorraine ), Edward (deceased)(Debbie), Catharine (deceased )( Doug), and has 7 grand children Nicole, Warren, Jason, Jamie, Thomas, Tracy, and Theresa with 16 great and grand children. She passed away peacefully with family present on March 19, 2017. The Funeral service will be March 23, 2017 at Pine Hills Cemetery, 625 Birchmount Road, visitation and service 1-3pm. burial to follow.
