In memory of

Alexander Antoniadis

May 22, 1962 -  April 24, 2021

It’s with heavy broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Alex Antoniadis at home with his sons by his side on Saturday, April 24, 2021. Alex was a cherished son to his mother Magda Antoniadis. Loving Dad to his sons Peter and John Antoniadis. Caring brother to Linda, John (Debbie) and Mary (Bill). Beloved uncle to Garett (Mary), Brie, Ryan, Darryl, Amanda, John and Jade. Dear great uncle to Deanna, little Mary, and Khloe. Alex was predeceased by his father Peter Antoniadis (2007).

Alex was born in Toronto and enjoyed growing up in Riverdale as a child and youth. He later went to work with the City of Toronto. He enjoyed classic muscle cars, and had pride for his 55 Chevy. Alex enjoyed going to car shows and traveling to Florida. Alex was a simple man, he cherished his mother and was very close to his sons Peter and John, his nephew and best friend Garett.

Above all Alex always found and believed in the best people and surrounded himself with love. He will lovingly be remembered by his close friends and family. The family will be holding a private graveside service on Wednesday, April 28 2021 at Pine Hills Cemetery & Funeral Centre.

I'm very sad to hear of Alex's passing and thankful to his family for letting me visit him in his final days to say goodbye. My deepest condolences to my aunt Magda and cousins Linda, John, Mary and their families. I've thought about Alex every day since I came to visit him and have fond memories of our childhood, he was a down too earth good guy, may Alex rest in piece.
God bless him.
