With heavy hearts, we bid farewell to Alessandro Ruccia born January 26th 1944, who unexpectedly departed from this life on April 11th, 2024. At Humber River Hospital surrounded by family at the youthful age of 80.

Alessandro, a native of Italy. Was the beloved son of Joseph and Angela Ruccia. Devoted widower of Diane Irene Ruccia, who he shared many blissful years with. Leaving behind a legacy of love and family He is survived by his children, Edward (daughter in law Michelle) and Joseph Ruccia. His siblings, Nick, Giustina, Tony, and Rocco. He will forever hold a special place in the hearts of his grandchildren, Jamie, Crystal, Katie, and Keara, as well as his great-grandchildren, Bella, Kayleigh, Mikey, Aurora, Kevin, Luna, and Elijah, along with his nieces and nephews, Joseph, Angela M, Matthew, Melissa, Joseph, Angela K, Vittoria, and Teresa.

A man of kindness and compassion, Alessandro touched countless lives with his warm demeanor and unique humour. He will be profoundly missed by his family and friends, who will forever cherish the memories of his love and presence.
