Passed away peacefully on January 24, 2018 surrounded by his loving family in Oakville, Ontario. Beloved husband of the late Theresia of 60 years. Adored father of Christina S. T. Herauf and son-in-law Thomas S.M. Herauf. Proud and loving grandfather of Eric. Son of the late Adolf & Hermine Schaden. Dear brother in law of Margarete (Eduard Sr.) and the late Johann (Herta). Loving uncle of Margit (Karl), Eduard Jr. (Sabine), Elisabeth (Herbert), Anita (Christian) and Karin (Heinz). Albert will be lovingly remembered by his extended family and vast circle of friends. His kindness and wisdom will be missed by all.
