In memory of

Albert Low

October 16, 1933 -  May 2, 2025

Albert Low was reunited with his beloved wife Betty on Friday, May 2, 2025. Loving father of Mae, Lorna and Michael, dear father-in-law of Vivian, and cherished and adoring Gung Gung to Ethan and Eden. He will also be missed by his family in Hong Kong and China.

Albert immigrated to Canada when he was only 16 and through hard work and long hours eventually became the proud owner of one of the first Chinese take-out restaurants in Scarborough. He loved music and was an avid audiophile.

We miss you dearly but know you are with Mom.

The family kindly suggests that In lieu of flowers, charitable donations be made to the Alzheimer Society of Toronto in memory of Albert Low. Please click on either of the "Make a Donation" hyperlinks at the top or bottom of this webpage..

Dear Mae and family,

I was so sorry to hear about the passing of your beloved father, Albert. From what you’ve shared, it’s clear he was a man of remarkable strength, dedication, and heart—a true example of someone who built a life of purpose and love from humble beginnings. His devotion to his family and the pride he took in his work and passions shine through beautifully in his story.

Please accept my deepest condolences. May you find comfort in knowing he is reunited with your mom, and in the lasting memories and love he leaves behind.

With sympathy,
Mary Mark
