In memory of

Albert James "Jim" Davis

January 3, 1932 -  May 5, 2025

It is with deep sadness that we announce Jim's passing.
In his 93 years, he enjoyed a long, happy life filled with love and adventure.
Jim & Linda stood the test of time for 38 wonderful years, loving & supporting each other. He was so happy to have many friends & colleagues, these relationships meant the world to him. He loved his skittles & all sorts of licorice which he kept close by at all times!
Jim was a proud Toronto Mounted Police Officer & Governor General's Horse Guard & will be forever thought of & remembered with love & respect...

Honouring Jim's wishes, there will be no service at this time. Linda will be keeping Jim's facebook account active so she can keep in touch with everyone.

Love to all,
Linda & Family

Jim, you will be missed by all! I wish we could have kept our promise to bring you home that day, but something tells me that you are home… pain free, doing exactly what you want to do. I hope you have an endless supply of skittles and allsorts…. Play lots of euchre with Nana, Pa, and Terry… make sure Brooklyn is learning to play too!
Love always, Dani

Dad enjoyed country life in the city. We had ducks and chickens. Gardens. Lots of family gatherings at the old picnic table and camping all over. He always tried to enjoy life while working day and night as a police officer. He and Linda had many friends and projects. A great life full of adventures. Awaiting better things, “ He ( God ) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” ( Revelation 21:4 )

Jim was a kind and gentle man. A good friend and loyal supporter. The world was a better place with him in it.
