It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Albert Cheuk Wai Lai, 78, of Toronto, on December 12, 2024.

Born on April 7, 1946, in Hong Kong, Albert was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend.

He is survived by his children, Sonja (Jeffrey) and Candace (Danny), their mother, Olive; his siblings, Cecilia, Henry, and Lily; and his cherished grandchildren, Sophie, Emily, and Samuel.

In keeping with the family’s wishes, no funeral services will be held.

For those who wish to honour Albert’s memory, the family kindly requests donations to a charity of their choice.
