In memory of

Alana May Brooks

August 1, 1991 -  December 25, 2016

After spending more than half of her much too short life battling the loneliness, isolation, and agony caused by the demons in her mind (schizophrenia), and the unrelenting physical pain in her back (scoliosis), her never ending struggle became more than she could take, and her sweet, kind, innocent, pure and loving soul left us on Christmas Day. Although the pain of losing her is almost unbearable for those who loved her, we will have to try and take comfort from knowing that she is finally, finally at peace in the arms of the angels.
