Ahamed Hosein (1935-2022)

On Tuesday, March 29th 2022, my dad Ahamed Hosein passed away. Devoted father of Hazel (David), Tony, and predeceased by daughter Dilly. He had five grandchildren Paul, Sonia, Julie, Douglas and Sharon. Great grandfather of eight, his sister Rosanne and many nieces and nephews. Retired from T.T.C. after 35 years of service. He will also be remembered by loyal friends, his dear neighbours and his loving church community.

Memorial service to be held at York Funeral Centre at 2 pm. 160 Beecroft Road, Toronto, the service will be livestreamed starting at 1:45 p.m.

If desired Memorial donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Foundation or to the Heart and Stroke foundation.

My grandpa was the most level headed person I’ve ever known. He always had a kind word to say about everything. I’ve never heard him swear out of malice. He was always cheerful and happy. Even though he never hit the jack pot.
I am very appreciative of the life goals and morals he helped in-still in to my character.
I miss talking to him he was one of kind. RIP: TAZ
