In memory of

Agnes Tung-Ngan (Yu) Fong

August 18, 1951 -  April 27, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Agnes Fong, beloved wife and devoted mother, who passed away on April 27, 2025 at the age of 73.

Born on August 18, 1951, Agnes was a loving and devoted wife to Bill Fong for 51 wonderful years. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support. As a mother to Eugene, Alex, and Mark, she was their biggest cheerleader, and the heart of their home. She nurtured their dreams, celebrated their achievements, and offered comfort during challenging times. Her love and presence will be deeply missed.

Agnes was known for her generosity and warm spirit. She touched the lives of many with her kindness and she was an active member in the community through music and dance. She enjoyed travelling with family and friends and living life to the fullest.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bill; her three children, Eugene, Alex, and Mark; her daughter in law, Miki, and her three grandchildren, Megumi, Makoto, and Kiyoshi.

A funeral service will be held at York Cemetery and Funeral Centre on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 1pm - 3pm . In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Agnes' memory to the Odette Cancer Program at the Sunnybrook Foundation, https://foundation.sunnybrook.ca/support-sunnybrook/ways-to-give/.

Agnes will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered. Her love and kindness will forever be in the hearts of family and friends.

Agnes was a happy, cheerful and nice person. She always smiled when we were with her. We learned ballroom dancing with her and Bill long long time ago.

Will surely miss her a lot, especially on the dance floor.

Aunt Agnes had such a warm disposition.

In my youth, I witnessed Agne's gentle and sweet personality. We spent many family occasions together, at our restaurant and our home. I enjoyed our chats.

She glowed when she talked of her children and grandchildren. I will miss her beautiful smile!

RIP and my condolences to Uncle Bill and the Fong family.
