I was so very sorry to hear of Nan's passing. She was such a wonderful lady and I was lucky to work with her for so many years. My deepest condolences.
My deepest sympathies to the wonderful family Nan has left as her legacy. Like many people at the library, Nan was one of the very first people I met on my first day. Like everyone else I speak to, she welcomed me without reserve and was kind and caring as only she could be. She was an incredibly special woman and she loved her family, whom she would speak of often, so very much. I'm glad and better to have know her and I join you in remembering this lovely lady. Gone but not forgotten; I miss you already, Nan.
Going to miss this wonderful person!! Blessings and love to family!!!
So incredibly saddened to hear about Nan's passing, my most sincere condolences to her family. I've worked with Nan nearly 10 years she has always been the most warm, caring and spunky woman I've had the pleasure to know. I'll miss her humor and wit, the entire library will be missing Nan's presence
Mr. Moffat, Lesley, Julia and family,
Please know that all of the Murkars (Carole, Cam, Karen) are thinking of you at this sad time. As long time friends and neighbours, we have loads of great memories of Mrs. Moffatt whether at the library, Brownies, or just 'out and about' gardening, shopping, and running errands around Whitby. Les and Julia, your mom (and your dad too) were especially kind to our Mom over the 25+ years since our dad passed. Whether she knew it or not, for Cam and me it was always reassuring to know the Moffatts were just kitty corner from #224.
With time, happy memories will help fill the emptiness and take place of some of the sadness you are feeling. In the meantime you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
