In memory of

Adrian Sullivan

June 28, 1928 -  January 7, 2024

Adrian passed away peacefully at Woodhall Park Care Community, after being able to hear a final goodbye from his loved ones. Adrian, in his 95th year, shared sixty years of a beautiful and devoted marriage with his wife Lillian prior to her passing in 2012. He was a dedicated father to daughter Lisa Timney and her husband Patrick and son Martin Sullivan, cherished Grandpa to Brandon Timney and his wife Sarah, Brittany Roberts and her husband Dean, and an adored “GiGi” to his great-grandchildren: Dominic, Vivienne, Bernadette, Malcolm, Isabelle, Alphonso, and Samuel. Adrian was an endeared friend to many.

He was an entrepreneur and self-employed business man for many years. His closet design business operated in Etobicoke until he was 80 years old. Even then could often be found installing the closets that he had designed for his many clients. Adrian loved to travel especially on cruises, enjoyed getting in a good game of golf, and - of course - was a huge Toronto Maple Leafs fan. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks for the care that Adrian received at Woodhall Park Care Community, with special thanks to the nursing team in Heritage House where Adrian resided. We could not have asked for better care, especially toward the end.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Adrian’s memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

I met Adrian through my friendship with his daughter, Lisa. Adrian was a real gentleman, and I enjoyed the chats we were able to have. His love for his family was so evident. So happy he is reunited with his beautiful wife. No more pain, only joy!
