In memory of

Zoran Gadjanski

October 17, 1940 -  August 4, 2025

Zoran Gadjanski was a dreamer in every sense of the word. In his twenties, he imagined a better life for his young family and made it real by emigrating from the former Yugoslavia to Canada. Zoran carved a new path, eventually becoming the owner of a successful dental lab, but his greatest joy was his beloved son Emil. From early morning rowing trips, to cottage building and mineral hunting, the two shared a love for nature and beauty.

Zoran loved deeply and steadily. Family and friends meant so much to him, as did his beloved animal companions — Max the spaniel, and cats Marko and Tea — and the many beautiful gardens he created.

In 2005, he married the love of his life, Carmela Casuccio. Together they enjoyed many years filled with laughter, travel and undying love. With their union, he inherited a large extended family, including many American siblings and cousins, and his loving mother-in law and father-in law, Sara and Jim Lachiusa. He will be deeply missed by his children and stepchildren Emil and Kris Gadjanski, Paul and Jenn, Chris, Scott and Antonia Casuccio; and his grandchildren Maya & Owen Gadjanski, Nolan, Alex and Cole Casuccio, who brought him so much happiness.

Zoran Gadjanski was a dreamer in every sense of the word. He was so blessed to have his dreams realized.

Funeral arrangements are below. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the World Wildlife Fund (Canada) to honour Zoran's love of animals. Link to donate available under the 'Donations' tab at the top right of the page.
