In memory of

Zeki Devli

January 15, 1941 -  August 29, 2024

Zeki Devli, 83, passed away on August 29th at the Trillium Hospital. He was the husband of the late Elena Devli. He leaves behind his son and two daughters: Sophie (George), Karim and Rose (Steffan). As well as his three grandchildren: Eric, Olivia and Luna.

He was a tenacious man of few words but had a big heart and a sparkle in his eye. Every once in a while, he would make a joke that would make the whole family laugh. His family was always in the forefront of his mind. He lived a good life with many special memories. He also possessed a secret talent for gardening.

He will be missed by all, but we take solace in the fact that he is now eternally resting with the love of his life.

A brief visitation will be held in Elgin Mills Funeral Center, 1591 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill, Ontario on Wednesday, September 4th from 10:00-10:40 a.m. respectively. After which we will formally process to Our Lady Queen of the World Perish Church, 10411 Bayview Ave, Richmond Hill, Ontario for a Funeral Mass at 11: 00 a.m. Interment to follow in Elgin Mills Cemetery.

For those who are unable to attend the Funeral Mass it will be livestreamed for public viewing through Our Lady Queen of the World Catholic Church.
