In memory of

Yin Wah Chiang

March 8, 1921 -  September 13, 2018

With family by her side, our dear mother and grandmother Yin Wah Chiang (nee Lew) passed away peacefully in her 97th year at Toronto General Hospital on Thursday, September 13, 2018. Predeceased by her husband Chiang Chiu Yin in 1987, she leaves behind her devoted son Boris (Katherine), and loving daughter Esther (Ken Tham). She helped raise each of her grandchildren and was full of unconditional love for them. She will be achingly missed by her grandchildren Mae (Ken Chau), Karen, Timothy, and Phillip. We are thankful for the time she had with her great granddaughter Juliana. Her loving smile and warm hugs were comfort and home to her family. She had a love of reading and playing mahjong, her skill in this was unparalleled. The family would like to thank her support workers at Loft Community Services for helping her live safely and independently up until the end.
