Florence was very conscientious and dedicated to her work. She was kind and caring. Florence took her work very seriously. One time she made a mistake and convinced herself that she would be let go! She came to my office sobbing and I explained that what
happened was not that serious. She continued to cry and make me sad, so I told her that if she persisted, I would let her go!
