It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of Xiang Rong Chen, on April 15, 2018. There will be a graveside service at Thornton Cemetery and Funeral Centre (1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa. 905-579-6787), on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 11:00 am with a reception to follow at the Mandarin on Taunton Road in Oshawa.
