It is with great sadness that the family of Wu-Ping Chen announces her passing at the age of 98, on June 13, 2019. Wu-Ping (known to her many grandchildren as PoPo or Nai Nai) will be missed by her four children: Hong-Tai, Ling (Pei-Luen), Wei-Wei (Tom), and Lily (Charles). Wu-Ping will be remembered by her twelve grandchildren: Evans, Pierre (Yvette), Cindy (John), Dagon (Anya), Jean (Karl), John (Courtney), Jen (Robert), Robert (Anne), Karen, Jason (Jane), Mark, and Monica (Kalvin). Wu-Ping was predeceased by her husband Shu-Ping Chen, and her daughter, Yong Yong Wuu.

A funeral service in Wu-Ping's memory will be held at York Cemetery Centre on June 22, 2019 at 10am. Visitation will begin at 9am. Interment will follow in the family plot at York Cemetery.
