Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Bridgepoint Health at the age of 86. Pre-deceased by husband Hon Sang Chan. Cherished mother of Peter and his wife Connie. Caring grandmother of Melissa and Alvin. Family and friends will be received at Pine Hills Cemetery & Funeral Centre on Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 9-10 a.m. Funeral Service will be held at 10am. Interment to follow.
