It is with heartfelt sadness that we, the family announce the passing of Winston E Burlock, on Saturday, June 10, 2017, in his 74th year. He passed peacefully at home in the presence of loved ones. He was born in Hartland, New Brunswick on November 3, 1943. He was the late son of Elbrige and Madeline (Nye) Burlock. Winston enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1963. He received a medal for overseas deployment, serving in Cyprus. After serving his country for 20 years, he retired from the Military Police in 1983.Shortly, thereafter, he was employed with Corrections Canada, serving in Mimico; retiring in 2003.
He is survived by his loving wife, Georgene (Valliere), of 53 years .Loving father of sons, Kim (Adrienne), Wayne (Linda), Paul (Michele) and daughter Tanya Senghakenechan (Phouttha). Dear brother to Helena Poole (Ron) of Norwich Ont. Cherished grandfather, great grandfather and uncle. Winston will be sadly missed by many other relatives and friends.
