Wing was the boss. He was the one who taught me how to be a bartender and to drink. His grace and poise during those times helped me become a stronger and kinder person. We all worked at the legendary Organ Grinder on the esplanade for many years.

I will miss him.

My thoughts are with his family!

Dear Wing Sun,

We are heartbroken by your passing. We missed your laughter and kind spirit.
I remember the time we took a trip out west skiing - you, Mario, Allen and me. We may not be the ski hill dare devils, but it was one of the best adventures of my life. Your ability to find humour in every moment was truly fun. Thank you.

Though you are no longer here, your spirit lives on in me who was lucky enough to know you. Thank you for being such an amazing friend. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Rest in peace, my dear friend.

Our deepest sympathies to Bev, Isabelle, Jonathan and family. Sending you love and strength as you navigate this difficult time.
