The everlasting, unforgettable memories spanning "60 plus" years of Bill are treasured, along with our upcoming mutual birthday on May 12th, (always good for laughter right to the end when we spoke about birthday cake just a few days ago).
Our thoughts and blessings surround his beloved Audrey who was never far from his side over the past 68 years. Their family life was awesome and an inspiration to me and countless others like me.
Bill's love, devotion and dedication to family life was exemplary in every manner.
May all of us move on with some of Bill's strength and stamina. Yes, although modest and humble -- he will be pleased and proud to have left each of us a little stronger and accepting of what life gives us.
I will miss Bill in many ways - going back to the 60's, 70's and beyond -- over the past few years whenever he answered the phone, following usual exchanges, pleasantries etc. -- then quickly passed the old phone along to his Audrey.
Blessings and special thoughts to Audrey, Randy, Elise, David, Steven, Jeffrey and the awesome Oswald families.
Doug & Jackie Nicholson.
Although I never met Bill, we exchanged many pleasant conversations and always talked about him with Audrey of his daily life and how much she loved him and lived to help him out . I know he will be dearly missed and may God bless him in heaven.
Love,
as always,
Sandy
Aunt Audrey, Randy, Elise, and extended Oswald family. I'm very sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle Bill. I will cherish my many fond memories of Uncle Bill, particularly the times the Blum and Oswald families spent cottaging together on Lake Kennebec all those years ago. I always enjoyed the times I got to speak with Uncle Bill and I'll remember him for his kindness. I'm sorry that we will not be at Uncle Bills service, we are travelling abroad, but Karen, Kate, Jess and I are all thinking of you.
We are so sorry to hear of Bill passing.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you Audrey and your family.
My condolences i didn't know him very long but for the time I did i thought he was a wonderful man
