CALDERWOOD, William Hugh - Peacefully passed away on Friday May 17, 2019 in his 91st year at Faith Manor in Brampton. He will be deeply missed by his son Jeff and his wife Lori, granddaughter Elizabeth, daughter-in-law Julie, brother Gordon and nieces and nephews in Ontario and the U.K. He is predeceased by his wife Sylvia and son Steven. Bill was born in Northern Ireland and emigrated to Toronto in 1956 with his wife Sylvia and eldest son Jeff. Friends and relatives will be received at Meadowvale Visitation Centre, 7732 Mavis Rd., Brampton, ON, L6Y 5L5 (905-451-3716) on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Service will be at 2:00 p.m. followed by Interment at Meadowvale Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or CNIB.

Uncle Bill was always warm, kind and funny. My mother used to love it when he visited us in Leicester, England and they would talk for hours.A family man, his door was always open when initially I, and then later my wife Diana, stayed with him in Toronto. In the last few years we have always looked forward to his Christmas phone call. We will miss him. Rest in Peace, Paul, Diana and Patrick

We always looked forward to uncle Billie's visits to England and phone calls at Christmas, he will be missed by us all. Rest in Peace, Colin, Karen, Matthew and Bethanie.
