William George Bourne

June 24, 1931 - December 5, 2023

It is with heavy hearts and much love that the family of William George Bourne of Toronto announce his passing peacefully at home on December 5, 2023 at the age of 92.

Bill held executive positions at major breweries over 30 years in Canada and Italy.

He will be sorely missed and forever remembered by his family and friends.

Mr Bill was one of the most awesome person I ever have the pleasure of meeting. Even though I was his caregiver. We have a relationship that he makes me feel like I am a part of his family.

My big brother who nurtured me as a baby, put up with me as a young kid, and advised me as an adult. You were so smart, so hard working and so good at whatever you chose to do. And yet, always so humble about your many achievements. I was so proud of having you as my big brother. I will miss your advice, always so kindly offered and your razor sharp wit, but most of all, your huge generous heart. You were and always will be my hero.
