WISEMAN, Wentworth Scott

Scott passed away peacefully at his home after a courageous battle with cancer on March 27, 2022 at the age of 63. Loving husband of Anne for over 20 years. Cherished dad of Sara (Kyle), Shannon (Zach), Danielle (Tyler), Sabrina (Richard) and Brooks (Cassie). Stepfather of Dave (Kelly), Randy (Stephanie) and Matthew (Corey). Adored poppy of Harlow, Nash, Emmett, River, Gaige, Gavin, Coty and Braydon . Scott was a loving brother of many siblings and leaves behind many extended family and friends. He will forever remembered for his big heart, love for his children and grandchildren and his care for anyone who needed it. The family wish to extend their sincere appreciation to Dr. McAllister and the amazing staff of R.S. McLaughlin Cancer Centre for care, compassion and professionalism shown to Scott and his family. Friends may call at THORNTON CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa, (South of Taunton Road and off of Dryden Blvd, 905-579-6787) on Saturday, April 2, 2022 for visitation from 10 am until time of Celebration of Life in the Chapel at 11 am. In lieu of flowers donations will be gratefully accepted for Simcoe Street Settlement House or First Light.
