In memory of

W. Roger Pugh

October 24, 1938 -  December 8, 2018

Surrounded by the love of family, Roger died unexpectedly on December 8, 2018 in Mississauga at the age of 80. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Diane and their children, Deb and Janice Cowen (Troy). Predeceased by his eldest daughter Lauri (October 6, 2012). Roger was the proud Grandpa of Emma and Brett Cowen and loving brother to Yvonne Frazer (Lloyd). He was loved by many nieces, nephews and cousins as well as his goddaughter, Monica Legere (Paul).

Retired from Diageo (formerly Gilbey Canada) after many years as a "spirit"ual advisor. His favourite part of his career was being responsible for duty free sales for Canada. He loved to golf, travel and was known to enjoy a good cigar, a glass of red wine or a rum and coke. Family was always his priority, he was happiest when we were all together.

If desired, memorial donations can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada or a charity of your choice.

I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Pugh. I remember him as Lauri's fun and loving father, who was always around making us laugh. We had a good time listening to him play his banjo!
You are in my thoughts,
Love Donna

I write this note to Diane and the girls with a very heavy heart. Roger was a wonderful person and the best family man I had the pleasure of knowing. Jonie and I had more fun and enjoyment going to FDFA conventions and hanging around both of you. Our golf outings will always be a part of my life; especially our Member/Guest Invites at each others club. Our Children (Chris, Katie and Jim) send their condolences and have fond memories of Roger. We met as Business people but soon after that I could tell it was going to be much more than that. Bye Roger
