VALAND, Vinumati (Vinu) –

On April 17th, 2019 Vinu Valand passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in Mississauga. Vinu was predeceased by her husband Shailesh. She will be greatly missed by her daughters Shilpa (Victor) and Tina (Chris). She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Selene, Christian, Ethan and Gabriel. Vinu will also be fondly remembered by her brothers, sisters, extended family and dear friends.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held at MEADOWVALE CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 7732 Mavis Road, Brampton on Sunday April 21st, 2019 beginning at 12:30pm.

In lieu of flowers a fundraising page has been created to raise funds for Credit Valley Hospital's Carlo Fidani Peel Regional Cancer Centre.

A memorial bench and plaque will also be placed in Vinu's name in the Richard and Annette Bloch Cancer Survivor Park located at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga.
