Our mother, Victoria 'Vicky' Cruz Taruc, born March 4, 1941, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at the age of 79 after succumbing to symptoms related to Lymphoma.
She was a loving and supportive mother to us and family members. She was a God-fearing woman who always seek the will of the Lord in her life.
She was also a supportive woman and provides joy to her friends, relatives, church family and others.
She was a public elementary school teacher for more than 20 years in the Philippines and then moved to worked in Canada to support her family.
She is survived by her children Charlie, Sonia, Lan, Regie and his wife, Claire and grandchildren Marcus and Lucas. She has now joined our father Alberto Taruc Jr. to be with our Lord.
She is surely of great joy now as her longing is fully fulfilled as her highlighted Bible verse says,
“As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, O God”.
